Jennifer Dirks  
President & CEO 



Jennifer Dirks joined TEMPO in 2014 as the organization's first President & CEO. In her role, Dirks is responsible for the development, implementation and execution of TEMPO's strategic direction. She works closely with the board chair, executive committee and board of directors to ensure this direction stays true to the organization's mission and vision of furthering the impact of women leaders in the Milwaukee business community. Dirks also oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization, corporate partnerships and serves as a community advocate on behalf of TEMPO.

Dirks is a communications and public relations executive with more than 25 years of corporate and agency experience with business-to-business and business-to-consumer markets. She served as Director Corporate Communications & Public Relations for Clifton Gunderson (now CliftonLarsonAllen), a national CPA firm. Her agency experience includes Bader Rutter and Zeppos & Associates. Dirks also spent more than a decade as a television news reporter and producer in various newsrooms across the Midwest. Dirks also serves as an adjunct instructor for Marquette University in the College of Communications. She currently serves as Board Chair of PEARLS for Teen Girls and is a board member for the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra and Marquette University's Institute for Women's Leadership. She spent nine years on the the Milwaukee Art Museum Friends of Art Board. Dirks was named a 'Woman of Influence' and a 'Power Broker' by the Milwaukee Business Journal. A native of St. Charles, Illinois, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mass communications from Illinois State University. 

Julie Granger
Chief Partnerships Officer

We're thrilled to welcome Julie Granger as the newest addition to the TEMPO team! As Chief Partnership Officer, Granger will oversee the development and execution of high-impact corporate engagement strategies, innovative membership recruitment and retention initiatives, and new revenue models that ensure TEMPO's long-term sustainability. She will also serve as a key external representative for the organization, advocating for TEMPO's mission throughout Milwaukee and beyond.

Most recently, she served as President of Junior Achievement of Wisconsin, where she led efforts to provide financial literacy, career readiness, and entrepreneurship education to more than 120,000 students statewide. Prior to Junior Achievement, Granger spent over 20 years with the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce (MMAC) as Executive Vice President, leading membership, talent strategy, marketing, communications, and equity and inclusion initiatives. She also has experience in both advertising and corporate communications.

Granger earned her bachelor's degree in communications from John Carroll University and holds a certificate in nonprofit leadership from the Institute for Organizational Management. She has served on the boards of TEMPO, Milwaukee Women Inc., Imagine MKE, and Pius XI High School.

Kelsiee Arreguin
Vice President, Programs & Signature Events 

Kelsiee Arreguin joined TEMPO in 2017 as the Communication and Events intern and began full-time in June 2018 as TEMPO's Communication and Events Specialist. In June 2021, she was promoted to Director of Member Engagement and Experience where she serves TEMPO's more than 450 members. In 2024, Kelsiee assumed the Vice President, Programs & Signature Events title for TEMPO. Kelsiee leads the strategy for each of TEMPO's committees including programming, professional development, Women's Affinity Alliance and mentor circles to help shape the overall member experience in alignment with TEMPO's mission and vision. In addition, she oversees the planning and execution of all of TEMPO's largest signature events, annually - the Leadership Event, Mentor Awards, Holiday Party and Golf Outing. In addition, she oversees the Emerging Women Leaders annual signture event RISE.

Kelsiee is from Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations with a double minor in Corporate Communications and Advertising from Marquette University, where she graduated cum laude. After living in Milwaukee for 7 years, Kelsiee relocated to Boulder, Colorado in 2021 where she works remotely. She is a Spring 2021 graduate of FOCUS Training's Elevate Institute and loves to find creative ways to give back and stay involved in her community. 

Turkessa McCoy
Director, Member Engagement & Brand Strategy 

Turkessa McCoy joined TEMPO in 2024 as its Marketing and Communications Manager, where she oversaw the organization's marketing, communications and social media strategy bringing a unique blend of expertise and passion to the role. In August 2025, Turkessa was promoted to Director, Member Engagement & Brand Strategy, where she now leads the strategy focused on developing the future generation of TEMPO leaders - the Emerging Women Leaders (EWL) community. In this role, she implements strategies to support our EWL community including programming, membership, engagement and mentoring initiatives. In addition, Turkessa will continue to oversee the development of comprehensive communications plans and campaigns for TEMPO and Emerging Women Leaders, serve as the primary spokesperson and media contact, cultivates press connections and advises senior leadership on messaging and reputation management.

Drawing on over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Wealth Management, Turkessa brings a distinctive perspective to her communications leadership. Her background in stakeholder engagement and project planning has proven invaluable in developing strategic communications initiatives that resonate with diverse audiences. This comprehensive skill set, combined with her expertise in strategic communications planning and implementation, enables her to drive impactful marketing campaigns while fostering the meaningful connections that are essential to TEMPO's mission. 

Turkessa graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where she earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Outside of work, she dedicates her time to volunteering in the community, prioritizing family time and traveling, fostering connections and memories that bring joy and fulfillment.

Diavian Lyons 
Manager, Member Experience & Office Operations

Diavian Lyons joined TEMPO in February 2021 as the Communication and Events intern. In June 2021, Diavian began full-time as TEMPO's Office Operations Administrator. In her role, Diavian will support the organization's executive leadership and team in executing their priorities, scheduling and projects.

She recently graduated from Mount Mary University where she has earned a bachelor's degree in Communication studies. She is the first in her family to graduate with a four year degree! Diavian is a native of Chicago but has called Milwaukee home since 2012. She volunteers to be helpful within the community at The Gathering and Common Grounds. Diavian loves to use skills learned throughout life to help elevate and inspire others.

Zoee Arreguin
Manager, Marketing & Communications 


Zoee Arreguin joined TEMPO in October 2024 as a Graphic Design and Social Media Specialist supporting the organization's marketing and communications strategies. In November 2025, Zoee was promoted to Manager, Marketing & Communications where she is responsible for implementing and executing the organization's marketing, communications and social media strategy. She ensures consistent brand voice across all content, from press releases and marketing materials to digital platforms and social media.

Zoee has a strong academic foundation in Corporate Communication, having earned her degree from Marquette University in 2023. She brings a breadth of hands-on experience across brand development, project management, social media monitoring and content ideation, and advertising. Zoee has worked across the nonprofit, retail, tourism, and higher education sectors, bringing a versatile and strategic approach to her work. She currently serves as an Executive Ambassador for the American Cancer Society and is a 2025 graduate of the FOCUS Training Accelerate Institute.

Adam Woznicki | WAM CPA Services 
Accountant

Adam joined TEMPO as its Accounting Partner in January 2023 with more than a decade of experience in association management with groups on the national and international level. This includes serving as accountant with associations ranging from $200,000 to $12M in assets. In addition to his finanical acumen, Adam's expertise includes improving operations for new clients while leading their transitions to new management and improving internal control structures. Adam graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, followed by another Bachelor of Science degree from UW-La Crosse in 2006 in Accounting. Adam earned his status as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Wisconsin in 2010.
