Purpose
The TEMPO Foundation has awarded up to $15,000 to one or multiple recipients to cover leadership, training, or other programs for established professional women seeking to take their careers to the next level. The money is paid directly to the educational institutions. In awarding these grants, TEMPO is seeking to expand the impact of women in our community by advocating, elevating, and accelerating women leaders. As TEMPO evolves to serve a more diverse and vibrant community, the commitment of the TEMPO Foundation is to support applicants who face personal, professional, and/or financial barriers to achieving their professional development goals. The Professional Development Grant is meant to both encourage leadership development and recognize women who are making an impact or will have an impact in the community.
