Event Description:

In January 2023, 44 Emerging Women Leaders and 44 TEMPO members were matched in EWL's 1-to-1 mentoring program. Since the program's inception in 2017, more than 200 mentoring pairs have been matched. Many EWL Mentees have been nominated into TEMPO by their TEMPO member mentors, many have navigated job transitions, life changes and have built lasting friendships through this program.

We invite our newest mentor/mentee pairs, to attend our 1-to-1 Mentoring Kickoff event. At this event attendees can expect to:

• Learn our best practices for a mutually-beneficial mentoring relationship. 
• Hear success stories from previously paired matches. 
• Connect with other EWL and TEMPO members in a casual, social setting.

Even if your mentor/mentee is unable to attend we do still encourage you to attend solo and take what you learn back to your next mentoring meeting. This program is designed specifically to benefit participants of the 1-to-1 program who have been formally matched with a mentor/mentee.
