< p>What is “EWL Decons
tructed Professional Development Day”?
We look forward to th
e Emerging Women Leaders Professional Development Day in September all year
– a full day learning, advancing leadership skills, and connecting with 15
0+ of Milwaukee’s best and brightest rising stars, community-minded change
makers and up-and-coming leaders. This September would have been the 5
th annual workshop, but… we are in a global pandemic. Due to COVID-19
, the event will be packaged a little differently this year, but EWL member
s and guests can still expect all of the above! Instead, we are “deconstruc
ting” the Professional Development Workshop and offering a series of virtua
l events held throughout the Summer and Fall, including a collaboration wit
h the TEMPO Leadership Event in October. We are planning to hold the 5
th Annual Professional Development Day (in person!) in May 2021. More
details coming soon! If you have any questions, please contact Event Commi
ttee chair Megan Carver or vice chair Cassie Schell.
