About Women's Leadership Collaborative:
Established in April 2019, the Women’s Leadership Collaborative (WLC) is a collective of professional women focused on achieving equity. The collaborative, inclusive of Milwaukee Women inc, Professional Dimensions and TEMPO Milwaukee, represents the strongest collective of professional women ever formed in Milwaukee. WLC will address all instances of disparity but is focusing on pay equity as its first major issue. The projected year when the gender pay gap will close in Wisconsin is 2067. Add your voice to our discussion around pay equity, the gender pay gap and disparity in general at our On the Table event. 

About On the Table:
Year three of On the Table MKE  is nearly here! Led by the Greater Milwaukee Foundation, On the Table MKE builds on intentional conversations to strengthen relationships and spur collaborative action, leading to meaningful change and a higher quality of life. This year on Thursday, Oct. 10, thousands of people will gather at hundreds of tables across the greater Milwaukee region to share a meal or cup of coffee, learn from one another, find common purpose and develop ideas that can be put in motion for the benefit of our community.
