A local agency leader uplifting the next generation. “Direct Positive” – TEMPO’s film collaboration with Bader Rutter – documents how female leadership has changed the workplace, and the world, for the better.

Meaningful workplace conversations on DEI can be challenging. How do we start or continue these conversations? How does your company rank in advocating and supporting women in the workplace? Is it time to change the narrative for women within your organization? What about your organization’s focus on DEI?

In this TEMPO Real Talks session, hear from two of the TEMPO women – Margaret Henningsen & Maggie Daun — who shared their stories for this important project. They will be joined by a member of the all-female production team from Bader Rutter and TEMPO member, Linda Hogan, to share behind-the-scenes perspective. This discussion will be moderated by TEMPO member and DEI committee co-chair Aliah Berman.

In addition, we will arm our TEMPO & EWL members with a Direct Positive discussion guide to spark the DEI conversation at your organization after viewing this powerful short film.
