Event Description:
A perception gap occurs when the intention you set forth is misunderstood by your audience. We are delighted to welcome Dr. Rosina Racioppi from New York to discuss the perception gaps that exist within organizations, including those between men and women, bosses and subordinates, peers, clients, partners and others. Based on WOMEN Unlimited's leading research, she will unpack the role we all play in the perception gap equation and share insights gained from corporations, leaders, managers and women who participate in WOMEN Unlimited's programs. Dr. Racioppi will offer tools and techniques she's learned throughout her career that individuals can apply to address different perception gaps in their organizations.
