This session will explore the Women@Work Business Resource Group (BRG) at Kohler, its origins, and the progress that has been made in a few short years towards giving its members a seat at the table. The focus of this presentation will be discussing a unique workstream within the BRG that seeks to deliver top line business growth by leveraging the perspectives and insights of its members. Come discover the journey of a group of women who dare to believe the collective female perspective of their BRG can drive social progress for women through product innovation, and consider how you might apply this concept at your company through products and services.
