Day of Understanding 2021: Real Dialogue for Real Change
In times of division and uncertainty, candid dialogue is a powerful tool to bring people together. This past year, when a pandemic, civil unrest, an election and economic upheaval made many people feel more divided than ever, having conversations that cultivate understanding became increasingly critical.

CEO Action’s third annual Day of Understanding in April provides CEOs and leaders across 1,600 organizations a collective opportunity to lead open dialogue and inspire change with over 13 million employees. Together, we have the power to change how millions of people talk to their colleagues about tough topics and move the needle toward a more just and equitable world.

As a CEO Action signatory, TEMPO is joining these efforts, dedicating our April "TEMPO Real Talks" session to the Day of Understanding campaign.
