Panel discussion with Amanda Baltz (Spaulding Medical), Rebecca Ehlers (LUMIN Schools) and Latrice Knighton (Back to Work for Mommy, LLC)

Join us as we hear from three TEMPO Milwaukee members, Amanda Baltz (Spaulding Medical), Rebecca Ehlers (LUMIN Schools) and Latrice Knighton (Back to Work for Mommy, LLC) on how they have managed the transition to working from home with children. Each woman will bring a unique perspective on the various challenges, best practices, adjustments and opportunities that this time has brought specifically to their households. 

• Amanda Baltz is currently balancing the roles of CEO of Spaulding Medical and stay-at-home-mom/home-school teacher of five children. Amanda will share her perspective on the major shift that has taken place in her personal and professional life over the last several weeks and realistically how she is handling it all.
• Rebecca Ehlers is a mom to two children and works as the Vice President of Marketing & Communications with LUMIN Schools. Rebecca will not only share her perspective on balancing work with homeschooling but will also share insights into the education side of this pandemic. Rebecca will cover what communication looked like with teachers and staff members, how they have transitioned to virtual learning and what is yet to come.

• Latrice Knighton is a Partner at Sterling Law Offices which is a family law practice in Menomonee Falls. Latrice also founded her own LLC earlier this year called Back to Work for Mommy where she helps clients plan for and navigate the return to work post maternity leave. As a mother herself of twin toddlers, Latrice has had to make the switch to homeschooling while juggling her own work. Latrice will be able to provide some unique insights into some of the common threads and struggles that women are facing with this transition and how she was prepared with resources on the balancing of work and home life.
