The 1-to-1 Mentoring Program is a signature initiative of Emerging Women Leaders and key benefit available to members. To-date, more than 300 matches have been made between TEMPO members as mentors, and Emerging Women Leaders as mentees. The program brings greater definition to TEMPO’s focus on mentoring while fostering valuable connections across TEMPO and EWL.

The EWL Mentor Circles peer mentoring program is mirrored after TEMPO's highly successful Mentor CirclesThose who engage in EWL Mentor Circles receive monthly peer-to-peer mentoring in a small group that's built around confidentiality, trust and equal participation. EWL Mentor Circle mission is to provide EWL members with a safe, confidential, and fun environment to discuss both personal and professional accomplishments, struggles, and experiences. An EWL Mentor Circle is a benefit available to all current members!

One of TEMPO's core competencies is networking and in the midst of the Covid-19 global pandemic, we knew our members were missing the small interactions and new connections that happen at in-person events. This is why we introduced TEMPO Coffee Connections! Sign up each month to be randomly paired with another TEMPO member. You'll be notified of your pairing on the first Monday of each month, then it's up to you two to schedule a virtual or in-person meeting (or meetings!) throughout the month. Then, sign up again to be matched for the following month. Get to know someone new or reconnect with an existing friend. Participation is optional but strongly encouraged to continue growing valuable relationships within our organization.
